Thank you for being a vendor at our event!

The Space

SOMA Movement Studio has three studios in which we host events. We can comfortably host fifteen vendors with approximately 4 linear feet of space per vendor. We can provide banquet tables that are about 6 ft x 3 ft for pairs of vendors. Please understand that we are not an expo center and most of our events are indoors, so we have limited space for large displays. If you plan to bring additional displays like racks or shelves, or if you require electricity, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Promotions

We have several ways of encouraging guest interest in vendors including:

• Supporting your giveaways
• Gift/Goody Bag Promotion

Please let us know if you are planning on hosting a giveaway at your table so we can add that announcements. You are allowed to collect opt-in contact information at your table from guests.

We also put together 50 gift/goody bags for guests at each event with contributions from our vendors. These contributions can be coupons, samples, vouchers or anything else that may be of interest and value to our guests. Each guest will receive a card with a list of the pre-registered vendors. Then, if the guest visits ten vendors (number of vendors varies by event, confirmed by you stamping their card), then that guest qualifies to take home a gift bag. 

Pre-registered vendors are invited to contribute one or two items to a communal gift basket. These items would have to be received by SOMA Movement Studio at least one week before the event. The basket will be assembled with the items contributed and given as a door prize on one guest selected at random in a drawing. Please attach your business contact information and any other promotional literature you would like include with your item.

Logistics

Please arrive between 30-60 minutes before the event to set up your table. If you are planning on contributing to the goodie bags, please allow yourself more time to put your items in the gift bags if you did not drop your items/coupons off ahead of time. Doors will open at 430 pm for Mommy Mixer Vendors. Doors open at 6 pm for the public.
