We are right next to the Farmington Rails to Trail Bike Path just across the Green Bridge in Unionville Center. Come visit us for a meet and greet and for a tour of our beautiful studio!

Find us! Old Fashioned Directions:

 From Hartford (84 West)

• I-84 W/US-6 W toward Waterbury  
• Take exit 39 to merge onto CT-4 W/Farmington Ave toward Farmington  
• Continue to follow CT-4 W 6.0 mi  
• When you reach Riverside Plaza (Unionville Center/Stop and Shop Plaza), turn left onto Rte 177S (South Main St) at the corner with Farmington Savings Bank.  
• Continue down 177S, you will pass Walgreens on your right. Cross the Green Bridge  
• SOMA Movement Studio is 112 South Main St, the Red Building on the right. Park in the lot facing the bike path and and enter through the double glass doors. Look for a sign in the door that says SOMA Movement Studio. If the door is locked, ring the doorbell and we will be right there to let you in.

From Waterbury (84 East)

• I-84 E via the ramp to Hartford 16.4 mi  
• Take exit 33 on the left to merge onto CT-72 W toward Bristol 2.1 mi  
• Take the CT-177/N Washington St exit 0.2 mi  
• Turn right at CT-177/N Washington St  
• Continue to follow CT-177 5.5 mi  
• SOMA Movement Studio is 112 South Main St, the Red Building on the left. Park in the lot facing the bike path and enter through the double glass doors. Look for a sign in the door that says SOMA Movement Studio. If the door is locked, ring the doorbell and we will be right there to let you in. If you cross the Green Bridge, you’ve gone too far.
