  • We consider ourselves a movement education center rather than just a fitness center. The goal is to change the way you experience and organize movement to make exercise tension-free and then fitness will naturally follow.

    We have a three phase approach where we emphasize coordination and body awareness, strength and conditioning, and flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

  • At SOMA Movement Studio, we offer small group and private mind-body fitness training across multiple disciplines, including Pilates, GYROTONIC® Movement, Hanna Somatic Education, and other intelligent movement forms.

    Our flexible class card options let you choose a plan that fits your needs, schedule, and lifestyle. Classes range from $19 to $30 per session, depending on the card you select, and we’re committed to helping you get the most value from your Pilates investment.     All classes are capped at six participants to ensure personal attention and last 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.

    1. Book a Discovery Call
      Click any of the links on our website to schedule a call with one of our Pilates instructors. During this 10-15 minute call, we’ll answer your questions and discuss your goals to see if SOMA Movement Studio is the right fit for you.

    2. Schedule a Complimentary In-Studio Session
      If we’re a match, you’ll book a free, in-person private session at our studio. This includes a Pilates Reformer workout, movement analysis, and consultation. Your instructor will provide tailored recommendations to guide you as you begin your Pilates journey with us.

    3. Begin Instruction
